I bought this guitar via a friend of my wife's. She had asked her to sell it on her behalf, and I offered to clean it up prior to sale. However, I was so taken with  it, that I decided to buy it myself.  It's a Hohner Professional, L59 Les Paul copy.  It is  beautifully finished and the quality is well up to Gibson standard.  I was amazed by its sound and volume and I can't think of any improvements it could possibly need.  The only minor change I have made is replacing the pick-guard (which was black) with a cream item, which better matches the pick ups. I would like to know more about this guitar and would appreciate any info. you may be able to provide me with.
